All prices are subject to a 10% GST, unless marked GST-Free.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the goods on arrival and immediately notify Wishmed of any shortages, errors or damage via email and phone.
You Authorise Wishmed Pty Ltd to obtain from a credit reporting agency detail of your personal/commercial credit information if required by the supplier to assess the commercial credit application. Such information to be created in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988, as amended by the Privacy Amendment (private Sector) ACT No 155 of 2000.
You are liable to notify Wishmed Pty Ltd via email regarding any modifications in your organization's ownership, legal status, or address.
The customer warrants are not in receipt of any information, notice or court proceedings that may lead to Bankruptcy, appointment of an Administrator, Controller or Managing Controller, Receiver or Receiver Manager or liquidator, and the customer does not intend to enter into any scheme of arrangement with creditors withier formally through a court of otherwise. Further the customer warrants that none of its directors have been a director of a company placed into in liquidation or administration or has been declared bankrupt or entered into an arrangement, under the Bankruptcy Act 1966(as amended).
