Polysorbate 80 Agar (Twin Pack) (Tween 80) is used for the cultivation of variety of microorganisms. It is a nutritional medium containing neutralizing agent Polysorbate 80 which helps in neutralizing phenolic disinfectants, hexachlorophene and formalin present in the medium thereby increasing the metabolic rate of the organisms.
